Tierloom Terms of Use
1. The app
Tierloom is a free, offline tool for creating tier lists and rankings on your own device. By installing or using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Licence
Binary Data Technology grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tierloom on Android devices you own or control, in accordance with the Google Play terms of service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or sell the app except where the law expressly permits it.
3. Your content
Everything you create in Tierloom (boards, captions, imported pictures, exports and backups) belongs to you and stays on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use any picture you import, and for anything you share from the app. Binary Data Technology never receives, stores or reviews your content.
4. Templates
The starter templates in the app are original, generic prompts written for Tierloom. They are provided as editable starting points and are not affiliated with any third-party brand, franchise or product.
5. Backups and data loss
Because the app has no cloud component, your data exists only on your device unless you create a backup. Deleting a board, clearing app data or uninstalling the app permanently removes that data. Please use Settings › Create backup before changing phones.
6. No warranty
Tierloom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will be error-free or meet every need.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Binary Data Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the app listing or on this page with a new effective date. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
