Tierloom data deletion
Tierloom keeps no data about you anywhere except your device
There is no account and no server. Binary Data Technology holds no copy of your boards, pictures or any other data, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.
How to delete data yourself
- Delete one board: in the app, open the board menu (⋮) and choose Delete board, or use the ⋮ button on the board in the library. Pictures that no other board uses are removed automatically.
- Delete everything: uninstall Tierloom, or open Android Settings › Apps › Tierloom › Storage › Clear storage. Both remove all boards, pictures, thumbnails and preferences.
- Exports and backups you saved or shared are ordinary files in the folder or app you chose; delete them there.
What is kept
Nothing is kept by the developer. Android cloud backup of app data is disabled for Tierloom, so no copy is created on Google servers by the app. Google Play may hold purchase and install records under Google's own privacy policy; those are not created or controlled by Binary Data Technology.
