Sprigfolio Terms of Use
1. The app
Sprigfolio is a free, offline mind map and outline maker that runs on your own Android device. By installing or using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Licence
Binary Data Technology grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Sprigfolio on Android devices you own or control, in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or sell the app except where the law expressly permits it.
3. Your content
Everything you create in Sprigfolio — maps, topics, notes, exports and backups — belongs to you and stays on your device. You are responsible for what you write and for anything you choose to share from the app. Binary Data Technology never receives, stores or reviews your maps.
4. Exports and files you share
Open, Share and Save a copy hand a file to an app or document provider that you select. Once you do, that destination handles the file under its own terms and privacy practices, and Sprigfolio cannot recall it. Review a file before sharing it.
5. Backups and data loss
Because the app has no cloud component, your work exists only on your device unless you create a backup. Deleting a map, clearing app storage or uninstalling the app permanently removes that data. Use Settings → Back up all maps and keep the file somewhere you control before changing devices.
6. No warranty
Sprigfolio is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will be error-free or that it will meet every need.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Binary Data Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date, and in the app listing where relevant. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
