Sprigfolio data deletion
Sprigfolio keeps no data about you anywhere except your device
There is no account and no server. Binary Data Technology holds no copy of your maps, notes, exports or backups, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.
How to delete data yourself
- Delete one map: in the library, open the map's options menu and choose Delete map. Export a backup first if you might want it again.
- Delete one branch: select the topic, open More topic actions and choose Delete branch. You can undo this while the map remains open.
- Remove prepared exports and backups: choose Settings and backup → Clear prepared files.
- Delete everything: uninstall Sprigfolio, or open Android Settings → Apps → Sprigfolio → Storage → Clear storage. Either removes all maps, preferences, recovery snapshots, exports and backups held by the app.
- Copies you saved or shared are ordinary files in the folder or app you chose; delete them there.
What is kept
Nothing is kept by the developer. Android cloud backup and device transfer are disabled for Sprigfolio, so the app creates no copy of your library on Google servers. Google Play may hold install records under Google's own privacy policy; those are not created or controlled by Binary Data Technology.
Support correspondence
If you have emailed support, that message may remain in the support mailbox. Email the address below to ask for it to be deleted. That request cannot delete copies held by your own email provider.
