Jet Tennis Terms of Use

Developer: Binary Data Technology · App: Jet Tennis: Grand Circuit (Android package com.binarydatatechnology.jettennis.grandcircuit) · Effective date: 27 September 2026

1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of Jet Tennis: Grand Circuit ("the app"), published by Binary Data Technology ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The app and its contents remain our property or that of our licensors.

3. What you may not do

4. Your data

The app stores your settings and career progress on your device only, and the developer collects nothing about how you play. Its one network call is the Google Play purchase check. See the privacy policy. You are responsible for your device and for anything you do with the files it holds; uninstalling the app deletes its save data permanently.

5. Fictional content and real places

The athletes, teams, tournaments, sponsors and events in the app are fictional. Any resemblance to real people, living or dead, or to real organisations, is coincidental. Some venues are set in or named after real cities and regions; those references are used descriptively for setting, and imply no association with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any real place, tournament, governing body or organisation.

6. Price, purchases and ads

Jet Tennis is free to download. The first level is free to play in full, and stays free. Opening the rest of the 108-level career requires one optional in-app purchase, a one-time payment rather than a subscription. Nothing else in the app charges you, and we hold no payment details of yours.

The price is shown by Google Play before you confirm, differs by country, and may change over time; the price you were shown is the price you pay. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own terms. The purchase is tied to your Google account, restores on any device you sign in to, and survives erasing your career progress. Buying it does not skip the career: venues are still won in order, and the purchase opens them to be played rather than completing them.

If a purchase is refunded or reversed through Google Play, Google Play stops listing it as owned by your account, and the app then closes the levels it had opened the next time it checks with Google Play. Your career progress is kept.

Game content. The athletes and spectators in the game are original, fictional people created for this game with AI image and 3D-model generation tools; any resemblance to a real person is coincidental. The typeface is Exo 2, used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The crowd sounds are real recordings released into the public domain (CC0) by their authors: craigsmith, FoolBoyMedia, Shane Vincent (ShangusBurger) and eguobyte. All other sound and all music is synthesised by the game itself.

The app contains no advertising and no subscriptions.

7. Availability and changes

We may update the app to fix problems, improve it or keep it compatible with Android. We may change or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. Updates are distributed through Google Play under Google's terms.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you, and you may have rights under your local consumer law that these terms do not affect.

10. Health and comfort

Take regular breaks while playing. If you experience discomfort, stop and rest. A small number of people may experience seizures when exposed to flashing lights or patterns; if you have a history of seizures or epilepsy, consult a doctor before playing. The app offers a reduced-motion setting and adjustable text size, contrast and colour palettes in Settings.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of Ghana have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Material changes will be reflected in the app's release notes on Google Play.
