Jet Tennis Privacy Policy
Summary
Jet Tennis: Grand Circuit collects nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no crash reporting. Your settings and career progress are saved on your own device and nowhere else.
The app is free to download, and the first level is free to play. Opening the remaining levels is a single optional purchase, handled entirely by Google Play. That purchase check is the only reason the app uses the network, and no information about how you play is ever transmitted.
Data the app stores on your device
| Data | Where it lives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Settings: audio levels, control scheme, difficulty tier, and accessibility choices (text size, contrast, reduced motion, colour-blind palette, left-handed swipe, vibration) | App-private storage on your device | So the game plays the way you set it up |
| Progress: venues and athletes unlocked, star ratings, best result per venue, and career totals such as matches won, aces and longest rally | App-private storage on your device | So your career is there when you reopen the game |
This information never leaves your device. The developer never receives a copy of it. Android's cloud backup is switched off for this app (allowBackup="false"), so it is not copied to your Google Drive either.
Data the app does not collect
Jet Tennis does not collect names, email addresses, contacts, location, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, usage analytics or diagnostics. The developer operates no server and receives nothing about you. The app's only network call is to Google Play, to ask whether your account owns the venue unlock and to complete that purchase if you choose to make one.
Permissions
| Permission | Why |
|---|---|
INTERNET | Used only to ask Google Play whether you own the venue unlock, and to complete that purchase. Nothing about your gameplay is ever sent. |
VIBRATE | Short haptic feedback on ball contact and menu presses. You can turn vibration off in Settings. |
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE | Declared by the Google Play Billing library so it can tell “you are offline” apart from “the store said no”. It reads whether a connection exists, not what you do with it. |
com.android.vending.BILLING | Required by Android before an app may offer a Google Play purchase at all. |
The last two come with Google Play Billing rather than from anything the game does itself. These are the only permissions the app declares. It has no access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts, files or any advertising identifier.
Advertising, analytics and third parties
The app contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, no crash reporting SDK and no social SDK. No third party receives any information about how you play.
The one third party involved is Google Play, which handles the optional purchase. Google's handling of that is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We never see your card, billing address or any payment detail.
Purchases
Jet Tennis is free to download. The first level is free and stays free. One optional, one-time in-app purchase opens the rest of the 108-level career. It is not a subscription, and nothing else in the app is ever charged for.
Payment is handled entirely by Google Play. The unlock is tied to your Google account, restores automatically when you sign in on another device, and is remembered on your device so the game keeps working offline. Erasing your career progress does not remove it. Refunds are governed by Google Play's policy; if a purchase is refunded, Google Play no longer reports it as owned and the app closes the levels it had opened. No information about the refund is sent to us — the app only sees whether the unlock is owned.
Children
Jet Tennis is a general-audience sports game. It contains no chat, no user-generated content and no advertising, and it collects no data from anyone of any age. It does contain one optional purchase, which Google Play handles and which is subject to whatever purchase controls are set on the device or account.
Data retention and deletion
Data stays on your device until you erase it in the app or uninstall the app. In the app, choose Settings → Erase all progress, or Privacy & Data → Erase all progress now. Confirm, and every file the app has written is deleted immediately, including any temporary or backup copy. Uninstalling the app removes its private storage as well. See the data deletion page.
Because the developer never receives a copy of anything, there is no server-side data to delete and no request to us is needed.
Security
Save data is held in Android's app-private storage, which other apps cannot read on an unmodified device. The developer operates no server, so there is no server-side data to breach. The purchase check is made over HTTPS by Google Play.
Changes
If a future version adds anything that collects or transmits information — an account, online play, advertising or analytics — this policy and the in-app privacy screen will be updated before that version is released, and the Google Play Data safety section will be updated to match.
