RESHAPIX

Terms of Use

Effective September 5, 2026

These terms apply to the Reshapix Android app published by Binary Data Technology. By installing or using Reshapix you agree to them. If you obtained the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

Licence

Binary Data Technology grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Reshapix on Android devices you own or control, for converting and resizing images you are entitled to use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or sell the app except where applicable law allows.

Your content

You keep all rights to the images you process. You are responsible for having the right to use, convert and share them and for checking a converted file, including any metadata you chose to keep, before sending it to others. Reshapix does not receive, store or review your images.

Free app, no purchases

Reshapix 1.0 is free and contains no advertising, subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Availability and changes

Image format support depends on your device and Android version; some files, such as HEIC on devices without a decoder, cannot be converted. Binary Data Technology may update, change or discontinue the app at any time. Updates may add or change features and will be described in Google Play release notes.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Reshapix is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binary Data Technology is not liable for any loss of data, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Keep copies of important originals; the app is designed never to modify them, but no software is free of defects.

Termination

You may stop using Reshapix at any time by uninstalling it. The licence ends automatically if you breach these terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States jurisdiction in which Binary Data Technology is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise. Questions: binarydatatechnology151@gmail.com.
