Agreement and eligibility
By using Nivora you agree to these terms. Nivora is intended for people age 13 and older. If local law requires parent or guardian permission for a teenager to use an app of this kind, that permission is required.
What Nivora provides
Nivora provides local tools for measurement consistency, broad family-height context for eligible teen/parent profiles, healthy routine reflection, and guided posture/mobility sessions. Version 1 is free and contains no subscription, advertising, account, or cloud synchronization.
Not medical advice or a guarantee
Nivora is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Estimates are educational ranges, not predictions or guarantees. Sleep, nutrition, exercise, stretching, and posture may support general wellbeing but are not presented as a way to lengthen adult bones. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about growth, pain, nutrition, sleep, body-image, or other health concerns.
Safe use
Use a stable surface and pain-free range during routines. Stop if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, numbness, unusual shortness of breath, or another concerning symptom. Do not use Nivora as a reason to delay professional care. Measurements depend on technique and can vary by time of day.
Your data, exports, and restore
You control the local data you enter. You are responsible for protecting your device and any export after sharing it. Do not send us a wellness export unless support specifically requests a non-sensitive, redacted diagnostic example.
Restoring from an export file replaces the Nivora data currently on the device and cannot be undone. Nivora shows you what a file contains and asks you to confirm before replacing anything, but you are responsible for choosing the correct file. Only restore files you exported yourself.
Reminders
Reminders are optional and off until you turn them on. They are scheduled by your device, not by us, and are a convenience only. Delivery depends on your device, its notification permission, and its battery and power-saving settings, so reminders may be delayed or may not appear at all. Do not rely on a Nivora reminder for anything time-critical or health-critical.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, interfere with its operation, misrepresent its educational output as a clinical diagnosis, or use it to harass, shame, rank, or discriminate against another person.
Availability and changes
We may improve, correct, or withdraw features. We aim to preserve local data through compatible updates but recommend exporting important records. Public evidence sources may change or become unavailable.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nivora is provided “as is” without a warranty of a particular health, height, fitness, or availability outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
