My measurement looks wrong
Use bare feet on a firm floor against a flat wall, keep your eyes level, and take two or three readings at a similar time of day. Nivora saves the median. A large short-term change triggers a remeasurement warning because technique and normal daily variation can affect the result.
What does the family-height range mean?
It is a rough educational mid-parental range with broad uncertainty, not a diagnosis or guarantee. Adults do not receive this range. Ask a qualified clinician about an individual growth concern.
A routine hurts
Stop the routine. Use only a comfortable, pain-free range and stable support. Seek appropriate professional guidance for persistent pain, injury, dizziness, numbness, or other concerning symptoms.
Will Nivora make me taller?
Nivora does not promise skeletal height growth. It can help with consistent measurement, healthy-routine reflection, and posture/mobility practice. Stretching does not lengthen adult bones.
Where is my data?
Nivora version 1 stores its profile and history locally on the device. It has no account or personal cloud sync. Use Settings → Export my data to create a portable JSON copy.
How do I delete everything?
Open Settings → Reset all local data, then confirm. See the deletion guide.
