By downloading or using HOVERWAKE, published by Binary Data Technology, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play HOVERWAKE on devices you control for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or misuse the game, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits that activity.
HOVERWAKE is free to download. It offers player-chosen rewarded ads and an optional yearly Full Game subscription sold through Google Play (launch price US$19.99 per year, localized by Google Play). Without it, each race opens by finishing in the top three of the race before. While the subscription is active, the Full Game opens all 112 races at once and gives the continue-run reward without watching an ad. Ads never interrupt a race. A rewarded ad lets a player continue a failed run while keeping gates and elapsed time; a normal full-course retry remains free.
The price shown in HOVERWAKE is the localized price supplied by Google Play. Purchases, refunds, payment methods, taxes, and family approval are handled under Google Play's terms. Use Restore purchase on the title screen while signed into the purchasing Play account to check ownership on a new or reinstalled device. There are no loot boxes or pay-to-win items.
Subscription terms. The Full Game subscription is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase and renews automatically every year at the price Google Play shows, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store (Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions) or with Manage subscription on the HOVERWAKE title screen. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the Full Game stays open until the end of the year already paid for. Uninstalling HOVERWAKE does not cancel the subscription. When a subscription ends, races not yet reached by qualifying lock again and the optional ads return; your progress, medals, points and races already opened by qualifying are kept. Google Play tells subscribers before any price increase takes effect.
Courses and normal retries work offline. Advertising, buying, and restoring require a network connection to Google. Progress and settings are stored on your device and there is no cloud save. We cannot restore progress erased by clearing app storage, uninstalling, losing, or replacing the device. Google Play can restore an active Full Game subscription to the purchasing account.
HOVERWAKE, including its name, design, gameplay, user interface, sound, music, graphics, 3D models, characters, animations, levels, text and code, is © 2026 Binary Data Technology and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, extract, record for resale, distribute, publish, rent, sublicense or create derivative works from any part of HOVERWAKE, or use any of its assets in another product, without our prior written permission. Real-world landmarks appear as artistic depictions; the rival riders and all people in the game are fictional and resemble no real person.
Do not use cheats, bots, modified clients, fraudulent purchase methods, or other methods that interfere with the game or other software. Do not use HOVERWAKE for unlawful activity.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the game or a feature. HOVERWAKE is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law, without a promise that it will always be available or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling HOVERWAKE. We may terminate the licence if you materially breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, where the publisher is established. They do not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
