Using Avenly Move safely
Use a stable chair when you want support, clear nearby obstacles, stay within a comfortable range, and pause, skip, sit down, or stop whenever you choose. Do not use the app where movement is unsafe for you. Seek appropriate professional guidance when you are unsure whether an activity suits your circumstances.
Permission to use the app
Binary Data Technology grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use Avenly Move on compatible devices for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law permits.
Your choices and device
You are responsible for choosing a safe environment, device settings, volume, reminder time, share destination, and practice options. The app lets you pause, skip, switch to seated alternatives, or stop. Do not rely on notifications or spoken cues as an emergency, medical, or monitoring service.
Purchases, subscriptions, and advertising
The current app build does not offer purchases, subscriptions, or advertising. If these features are introduced, the app, store listing, privacy policy, and applicable purchase terms must be updated before they are offered.
Ownership
Avenly Move, its original branding, software, interface, and publisher-authored content are owned by Binary Data Technology or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Availability and changes
Device compatibility and service availability may change. Binary Data Technology may update or discontinue app features, but will not describe preview or unreviewed exercise content as publicly approved. Important changes to these terms will be dated on this page.
Platform terms and contact
