Support

Support for Avenly Move for Android, prepared version 1.0.0.

Before practice

• Use a stable chair if you want support.
• Clear nearby obstacles and choose standing, supported-standing, or seated practice.
• Stay within a comfortable range. Pause, skip, sit down, or stop whenever you choose.
• Avenly Move is general wellness guidance, not medical care or an emergency service.

Reminders are not appearing

Open Android Settings and confirm Avenly Move has notification permission. Then return to Avenly Move Settings and enable the gentle daily reminder. If permission is denied or later revoked, the app turns reminder intent off rather than claiming a reminder is scheduled.

Spoken cues are unavailable

Check the Android text-to-speech engine and language installed on your device. Captions remain available, and the app automatically keeps captions on when spoken cues cannot be used.

Resume or progress looks wrong

Close and reopen the app. An unfinished practice resumes only when the exact session and plan day match. To remove practice history, open Settings → Your practice data → Clear local practice data. This action requires confirmation and cannot be undone.

Offline use and sharing

The current practice and local features do not require an internet connection. Export and caregiver-summary actions open Android's native share sheet; cancelling the sheet sends nothing.

Accessibility

Avenly Move supports large text, high contrast, captions, spoken cues, TalkBack semantics, explicit labels, and 60dp primary controls. Tell support which Android version and accessibility service you use if a control is difficult to reach or understand.

Privacy and deletion

Read the Privacy Policy, including the prominent data deletion instructions. The app has no account and Binary Data Technology has no server copy of local practice data.
