Plain-language summary
Avenly Move does not require an account and does not upload your practice profile. Onboarding choices, accessibility settings, favorites, plan position, completed-practice history, optional feedback, and saved resume position remain on your Android device.
Who provides the app
Avenly Move (Android package com.binarydata.avenlymove) is published by Binary Data Technology. Privacy and support questions may be sent to binarydatatechnology151@gmail.com.
Information stored on your device
The app stores your selected practice goal, stance, duration, experience level, safety acknowledgement, accessibility and reminder settings, favorites, generated plan position, completion history, optional “easy,” “just right,” or “too much” feedback, and an unfinished-session resume checkpoint. These records operate the app, restore your choices, and show your progress.
Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup are disabled for this local app state.
Permissions and device services
If you enable a daily reminder, Android may ask for notification permission. The app also receives device boot, clock, and time-zone change events so an enabled local reminder remains correctly scheduled. Reminder processing does not upload practice data.
Spoken cues use the Android text-to-speech engine selected on your device. That engine and its provider are controlled by your Android settings and may have their own privacy practices.
Sharing and support messages
Practice and caregiver summaries are prepared only after you choose an export action. Android then shows its native share sheet. You choose the destination, and the receiving app or service applies its own privacy policy.
The support action opens an email draft and does not attach practice history, identifiers, health information, or billing details. If you send an email, Binary Data Technology receives the email address and content you choose to provide. Support messages are used to respond, troubleshoot, protect the service, or meet legal obligations, and are retained only as long as needed for those purposes. You may request deletion of a support message by emailing the same address.
Advertising, analytics, accounts, and cloud services
The current app contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, independent crash-reporting SDK, account system, Firebase SDK, cloud database, or purchase SDK. Binary Data Technology does not sell your local practice data and does not receive it from the app.
Data deletion and retention
Clear practice history in the app: open Settings → Your practice data → Clear local practice data. After confirmation, the app removes plan progress, favorites, completed-practice history, optional feedback attached to those completions, and any saved resume position. Onboarding and accessibility/reminder preferences remain so the app can keep your setup.
Remove all app data: clear Avenly Move storage in Android Settings or uninstall the app. This removes the remaining local onboarding and preference data. Binary Data Technology has no server copy of that local state.
Request deletion of a support email: email binarydatatechnology151@gmail.com with the subject “Avenly Move support message deletion” and identify the message from the same email account. We will delete the support message unless retention is required for security or legal obligations.
No reinstall is required to use this web-based request route. Android, your email provider, a selected share destination, or a text-to-speech provider may retain information under its own policy; Binary Data Technology cannot delete provider-controlled records on your behalf.
Audience and safety
Avenly Move is designed for adults, especially older adults, and is not directed to children under 13. Do not include sensitive health details in support messages.
Security and policy changes
Local information is protected by the security controls of your Android device. Material changes to SDKs, online services, accounts, purchases, advertising, or data handling will be reflected in the app, this policy, and applicable store declarations before release.
