These terms apply to your use of the Voxellum Android application provided by Binary Data Technology. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Your responsibility

Use Voxellum only where recording and transcription are lawful. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from people you record and for reviewing generated text before relying on, sending, or publishing it.

Not professional advice

Transcription and formatting can be incomplete or inaccurate. Voxellum does not provide medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice.

Your content

You retain responsibility for and rights in your recordings and notes. The launch version stores them locally and does not grant Binary Data Technology a license to use them. Any export or share is initiated and controlled by you.

Availability

On-device speech recognition depends on Android, installed language support, and device capabilities. Features may be unavailable on some devices. Keep your own exports of important notes.

Acceptable use

Do not use Voxellum to violate privacy, intellectual-property, surveillance, employment, or recording laws; to capture credentials; or to harm another person.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Voxellum is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free transcription. Binary Data Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
