Threshold has no named account. It does not ask for your name, email address or password. Most Threshold data exists only on your device.
Delete data in the app
- Open Threshold.
- Go to Settings → Delete everything.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
This removes the city, schedule, prayer or observance history, settings, commitment, blocked-app and domain choices, and excused-day records from the device. It also stages and retries deletion of any anonymous Firestore copy left by an earlier development build. The current release cannot create a new cloud backup.
If you no longer have the app
Uninstalling Threshold removes its local app-private data. If you previously copied an anonymous cloud identifier from an older build, email binarydatatechnology151@gmail.com with the subject Threshold data deletion and include that identifier. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or Google account credentials.
Without the anonymous identifier, Binary Data Technology generally cannot associate a legacy anonymous record with a person because Threshold did not collect a name or email address for that record.
What may remain
- Short-lived local deletion markers may remain for up to 90 days to prevent a restored local backup from recreating deleted records.
- Google Play transaction and subscription records remain governed by Google’s retention, refund and legal obligations.
- Optional Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics records follow Google Firebase retention controls and cannot be matched to a named Threshold account because no such account exists.
Help with a request
Binary Data Technology will respond through the email route above and explain what can be identified and deleted. Never include sensitive financial or login information in the request.
