Delete Sunsill data

Sunsill is published by Binary Data Technology. It has no named user account and does not ask for your name, email address or password.

Delete data in the app

Open Sunsill and go to Settings → Your data.
Tap Delete my cloud backup to remove the anonymous Firebase record and remote session copy, if cloud backup was enabled.
Use Start over to remove sessions, tasks, rewards, your collection, sill arrangement and settings from this device.

Request deletion

If you cannot use the app, email binarydatatechnology151@gmail.com with the subject “Sunsill data deletion.” We will provide the steps needed to identify and delete any anonymous purchase-verification record that can be matched to your request.

What is retained

Deleting Sunsill data removes the anonymous Firebase record and any cloud backup we control. Google Play purchase and transaction records remain governed by Google’s retention, refund and legal obligations. A Google Play purchase remains attached to the Google account that bought it so it can be restored.
