You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Sunsill on devices you own or control. Do not resell or redistribute it, tamper with local data to manufacture rewards, or bypass purchase checks.
Google Play handles payment. Subscriptions renew at the displayed price until cancelled in Google Play. Deleting Sunsill does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime and named cosmetic purchases are one-time products and do not renew. Refunds follow Google Play policy and applicable consumer law. Restore Purchases restores active subscriptions and owned one-time products from the same Google account, not locally stored sessions or tasks. Full order history remains available in Google Play.
Sunbeams have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold or transferred. Sunsill has no randomised paid items. Random rewards are earned only by completing focus sessions, with the exact odds shown in Settings.
The timer, tasks and collection work offline. Purchases and restoration require Google Play and Sunsill's Google-hosted purchase verification service. Sunsill is a focus timer and habit tool, not a medical device or medical advice.
Sunsill is provided as is to the extent the law permits. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
