How to merge, organise, extract or convert

Open Pagebind, choose a tool on the home screen, pick your PDFs or images with the Android file picker, arrange the pages, and choose Create PDF. The result screen lets you open, save or share the new file. The in-app Help screen (top-right on the home screen) explains each tool in detail.

A PDF shows as "Not supported"

Password-protected, encrypted or damaged PDFs cannot be processed. Remove the password with the app that created the file, or re-export the document, then import it again.

Page ranges are rejected

Type pages numbered from 1, separated by commas, for example 1-3, 7, 12-10. Each page may be listed once; overlapping entries are rejected so the result is predictable. To repeat a page, use Duplicate on the page list.

Form fields or signatures are missing

Pagebind keeps the visible appearance of form fields but does not carry the fields themselves into the new PDF, and digital signatures cannot remain valid after pages are changed. This is expected behaviour and the app warns you before exporting.

Where are my files?

New PDFs are created inside Pagebind first. Use Save to choose a folder on your device, or Share to send them to another app. Recent exports are listed on the home screen until you delete them or use Clear files in Settings.

Free up space

Settings › Clear files removes imported copies, thumbnails and created PDFs stored inside Pagebind. Files you picked from your device and copies you saved elsewhere are not affected.
