My saved name or progress is missing

Both are stored only on your phone. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes them, and they do not automatically move to another device.

A rewarded ad is unavailable

Ad availability varies. You never need an ad to continue: choose Retry Free. If an ad closes before the reward is earned, the game does not grant the shield and free retry remains available.

Privacy choices

Tap Privacy on the title screen. Google displays a privacy-options form when one is required for your region. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Delete local data

Use Android Settings → Apps → Orbilume Hatchery → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app.
