Privacy Policy
Short version
Orbilume Hatchery has no account, login, game server, or developer-operated analytics. Your name and game progress stay on your phone. The Android app includes Google AdMob for a clearly labelled, optional rewarded video. Google’s consent flow runs before advertising is initialized where required.
1. Information stored on your device
The app stores your chosen player name, unlocked orbits, stars, best scores and times, collected hatchlings, and sound, haptics, and motion preferences locally on your device. Binary Data Technology does not receive this information. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app removes it.
2. Score sharing
When you choose “Share score,” Android opens its system share sheet with a score message containing your saved name and result. Nothing is sent until you select a destination. The app does not receive the people or apps you share with.
3. Optional rewarded advertising
The Android app uses Google AdMob. Ads never interrupt play. After a shell breaks, you may retry immediately for free or voluntarily watch one rewarded video for a repaired shell and four seconds of protection.
Google states that the Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share an IP address (which can estimate approximate location), app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or other identifiers such as the Android advertising ID. Google uses this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Binary Data Technology does not operate an ad-data server or receive a copy of this raw information.
Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform displays consent choices before the first ad request. A persistent Privacy button in the app lets you reopen privacy options when Google requires that entry point. See how Google uses information from partner apps.
4. Children
The app is intended for users aged 13 and over. It has no chat, user-generated content, location-sharing, account system, or in-app purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
5. Security and retention
We transmit no player profile or progress to our own servers. Data processed by Google is protected and retained under Google’s policies. Local game data remains until you clear it or uninstall the app.
6. Your choices and rights
You can change your saved name from the Player button, decline any rewarded ad, reopen available privacy choices from the Privacy button, reset Android’s advertising ID in device settings, or erase all local game data by clearing app storage or uninstalling.
