Licence
Binary Data Technology grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Colossus Mend on devices you own or control for private, non-commercial enjoyment.
Restrictions
You may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, remove notices from, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits. Recording and streaming your own gameplay, including monetised video, is welcome.
Optional rewarded advertising
After an eligible completed migration, you may choose to watch a rewarded ad for one bonus star. The offer is optional, can be declined without losing progress, and may be used once per eligible migration. The reward is granted only after the ad provider confirms completion. Ad availability is not guaranteed; cancelling or a load failure never blocks play.
Ownership and saved progress
The app, artwork, music, characters, text, and code remain the property of Binary Data Technology. Your locally saved progress belongs to you.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. Binary Data Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including loss of local progress. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
Store terms
Google Play’s terms also apply to downloads and govern any store support or refund process.
