Privacy Policy
Short version
Your game progress stays on your device. The Android app offers one clearly labelled, optional rewarded ad and provides Google’s consent and privacy choices where required.
1. Information stored on your device
Colossus Mend stores completed migrations, stars, best vitality and time, almanac unlocks, play statistics, settings, a backup code, and an optional caretaker name in local app storage. Binary Data Technology does not receive this record. You can clear the name or erase the record in Settings; clearing app storage or uninstalling also removes it.
2. Score and journey sharing
When you tap Share, Android opens its system share sheet with a message containing your result and, if saved, your nickname. Nothing is sent until you select a destination. The app does not learn which person or app you select.
3. Optional rewarded advertising
The Android app includes Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform. After an eligible completed migration, you may voluntarily watch one rewarded ad for one bonus star. There are no banner ads, forced interstitials, purchases, or subscriptions, and every migration remains playable without ads.
Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share the device IP address, general location derived from it, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID. Google uses this information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Data is encrypted in transit. Binary Data Technology does not operate an ad-data server or receive a copy of this raw information.

4. Accounts, analytics, and audience
There are no accounts, sign-in, cloud save, developer-run analytics, chat, messaging, public profiles, leaderboards, or user-generated content. Binary Data Technology does not sell personal information. The Google Play target audience is ages 13 and older; the app is not directed to children under 13.
5. Device access and security
The app requests no runtime permissions. Android declares network, network-state, and advertising-ID access for Google Mobile Ads. Haptic feedback can be disabled in Settings. Local gameplay remains available offline. Data sent to Google is encrypted in transit and retained under Google’s policies.
6. Your choices and rights
You may decline every rewarded ad, revisit available ad privacy choices from Settings, reset or limit Android’s advertising ID in device settings, clear your nickname, export or import your local backup code, erase progress, clear app storage, or uninstall.
