Terms of Use
1. Family use
Wonderweave is a child-directed game intended to be downloaded, configured, and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Adults are responsible for device supervision and purchase decisions.
2. License
Subject to Google Play's terms and these terms, Binary Data Technology grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on supported devices associated with your household. You may not sell, redistribute, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or misuse the app or its artwork.
3. Purchases
Optional digital content may be offered through Google Play in an adult-gated area. The price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation options, taxes, refunds, and regional availability shown by Google Play at the time of purchase control that transaction. Do not allow a child to complete a purchase.
4. Local data and availability
Progress and preferences are stored on the device and may be lost after reset, storage clearing, uninstall, device failure, or an unsupported transfer. Purchase ownership is managed separately by Google Play. The offline core experience may change as the app is improved.
5. Safe use
Use the app in a safe setting and take breaks appropriate for the child. Comfort settings are provided for convenience and are not medical or therapeutic advice.
6. Original content
Wonderweave and its original world, characters, artwork, sessions, and code are owned by Binary Data Technology or used under applicable licenses. Wonderweave is not affiliated with or endorsed by LEGO, DUPLO, or any other toy brand.
7. Disclaimer and limits
The app is provided as available, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binary Data Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections.
