These terms apply to Parallax Menagerie, published by Binary Data Technology. By using the game, you agree to use it lawfully and not attempt to redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse its content except where applicable law permits.

License and ownership

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the installed game. The game, original artwork, code, characters, and marks remain owned by Binary Data Technology or their respective licensors.

Availability

The game is provided as available. We may update or discontinue features. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Optional advertising

The game contains no purchases or subscriptions. You may voluntarily watch a rewarded ad to receive an exact perspective nudge. Ads are not required to access levels or complete the campaign, and closing an ad before the reward is earned applies no reward.
