Terms of Use

These terms describe use of Gravark Drift version 1.0.1. Your app-store provider's standard terms may also apply. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited in your jurisdiction.

License and acceptable use

Binary Data Technology grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the game on supported devices. Do not redistribute the app, extract or sell its artwork, bypass platform security, impersonate the publisher, or use the game unlawfully.

Ownership

Gravark Drift's name, original artwork, software, text, audio, and game content are owned by Binary Data Technology or used under applicable licenses. Player progress does not create ownership of the software or its creative assets.

Availability and local progress

The game is provided for entertainment. Features may change through updates. Progress is stored locally and can be lost if app storage is cleared, the app is uninstalled, or a device fails. Version 1.0 provides no cloud recovery.

Purchases and advertising

The game has no purchases or subscriptions. It offers an optional rewarded ad after a failed mission; completing it grants one extra collision shield for the next attempt. Free retry remains available, ads are not required to progress, and an uncompleted or unavailable ad grants no reward. Advertising availability is not guaranteed.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Binary Data Technology is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the game. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
